Cookie Policy

How Bonnie and Synchatica use cookies and local storage. Updated 26 October 2026.

What we store

Session identifiers provide access to the chat and account. A short-lived cookie protects Google and Yandex sign-in against request substitution. A separate technical cookie limits sign-in and installation gifts to one bundle per browser. It survives sign-out and account deletion, lasts up to a year and is renewed when you use the chat. Browser storage also keeps language and interface preferences, your analytics choice, dismissed prompts and a campaign tag if present in your first-visit link.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica load only after you choose “Allow analytics”. They measure page views, referral sources and transitions to chat. We do not send message text, files, account details or payment data to the tags; Webvisor and advertising personalization are disabled. “Necessary only” keeps the service working without these tags. “Cookie settings” lets you change your choice and stop further collection. Data already sent is not automatically recalled; you can delete cookies in your browser.

Your controls

You can delete or block this storage in your browser settings. Clearing it may require you to sign in again and may lose access to an unlinked account. Chat and sign-in require session storage. A cookie notice does not replace separate consent where the law requires it.
