Privacy Policy
How Bonnie and Synchatica process personal information and how you can manage it. Updated 5 October 2026.
1. Operator and contact
This policy covers the Synchatica website, Bonnie app and associated Telegram bot. Operator details are provided in the Terms of Use. For privacy requests, contact synchatica@proton.me.
2. Information and purposes
- Account and sign-in
- Account and session identifiers; if you choose Google or Yandex sign-in, your provider identifier and email. In Telegram, your identifier and available profile information. We use these to sign you in, link your account and maintain your balance.
- Conversations and memory
- Messages, files, images, voice recordings, preferences, saved facts and conversation context, used to respond, continue conversations, retrieve information and carry out requested tasks.
- Payments
- Payment amount, date, status and identifier, receipt email and saved payment method identifier, used for payments, receipts and authorized renewals. The payment provider handles full card details and security codes.
- Support
- Your request, replies, timestamps and status, used to resolve your issue.
- Operation and security
- IP addresses involved in network connections, device and browser information, request times, session identifiers and technical records. Application abuse-prevention counters use hashed IP addresses.
- Notifications and campaign links
- Browser subscription addresses and keys when you enable push; campaign tags from referral links to measure our own campaigns.
Google sign-in requests only your account identifier and email, without access to Gmail, contacts or Google Drive files. Your linked email may also be used to deliver payment receipts.
Do not send passwords, full card details or unnecessary information about other people. The service is not intended to collect biometric or special-category data, including health, political or religious information. You choose what to include in your messages.
3. Grounds for processing
We process account and conversation data to enter into and perform the service agreement, and payment records also to meet legal obligations. Where consent is required, we request it separately and you may withdraw it. Where applicable, our legitimate interests also include securing the service and preventing abuse, subject to your rights. Processing may be automated or manual.
4. Providers and international processing
Accounts, conversations and memory are stored in the service’s server infrastructure. Messages, relevant context and attachments are shared with external AI providers to generate responses; voice features also use speech recognition and synthesis services. Conversations with Bonnie are therefore not end-to-end encrypted communications accessible only to you.
Depending on the feature, recipients include AI model and access providers, hosting providers, Google and Yandex for sign-in, YooKassa for payments and receipts, Telegram for bot conversations and browser notification services. They receive the information needed for the relevant feature. We do not sell personal information or share conversations with advertising networks.
External providers may process information outside your country, including outside Russia. Text and materials sent for processing may contain personal information you supplied. Contact synchatica@proton.me for details about storage locations, recipients and transfer arrangements. Information may also be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law.
5. Retention and deletion
History and memory support ongoing conversations. You can clear history or delete your account in Account. Account deletion revokes sessions, removes linked sign-ins and push subscriptions, and removes conversation content, memory and support-message content from active systems.
Limited payment records are retained for settlement and tax or accounting obligations. Technical identifiers and bonus-claim records may be retained for security and to prevent repeated claims. Backups are removed through their rotation cycle; deleting an account does not instantly erase every backup copy.
6. Your rights and requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, withdraw consent and complain to your data protection authority. Email synchatica@proton.me; we respond within applicable legal deadlines. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing or retention required on another legal basis. Mandatory rights in your country are not limited by your choice of interface language.
7. Security and policy updates
We use HTTPS, account access checks and request limits to protect data. Administrative access is restricted. The current policy and its update date appear on this page; material changes are communicated in the service interface.
