1. About the service

Bonnie is software for communicating with a virtual AI companion. The persona is fictional and its responses are generated by a computer program, rather than a person speaking as the companion.

Generated responses can be inaccurate or misleading. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. Independently verify information before using it for important decisions.

The service is not an emergency service. If someone’s life or health is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services in your location.

2. Eligibility and account access

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Do not share your account access with other people; you are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

3. Acceptable use

When using the service, you must not:

• Violate applicable law or another person’s rights.
• Create or request unlawful materials involving the sexual exploitation of minors, violence, terrorism, extremism, drugs or other illegal activity.
• Use the service for harassment, bullying, threats, deception or fraud.
• Upload malicious code, disrupt the service or bypass technical restrictions, usage limits or protections against automated requests.
• Use automated means for bulk data collection or resell access to the service.
• Present generated responses as professional expert conclusions or statements made by a real person.

The operator may restrict or end access for violations. The terms for paid access and refunds are set out in the Public Offer, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.

4. Free messages and paid access

Some messages are provided free of charge when you first use the service, sign in or install the application. Free messages have no cash value, cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded, and are provided at the operator’s discretion.

Paid plans, payment methods, automatic renewal and refunds are governed by the Public Offer. Review the plan and checkout information before paying or agreeing to recurring charges. The Public Offer currently available on this website is in Russian.

5. Service and content rights

The operator holds the rights to the service, its software, design and trademarks. You may use the service for its intended purpose. This permission does not grant rights to copy or decompile it or create derivative products, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You retain your rights to the content of your own messages and permit the operator to process that content to the extent needed to provide the service. The Privacy Policy explains the processing of personal information.

6. Changes and contact

The operator may update these terms by publishing a new version on the website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, subject to applicable mandatory law.
