Terms of Use

1. The service and this agreement

Bonnie is an AI companion powered by Synchatica. She uses conversation context and memory and can help with information, materials and everyday tasks. The service is available in a browser, as an installable web app and through Telegram.

You must be at least 18 to use Bonnie. By using the service, you accept these terms. Paying for a plan creates an agreement for paid access on these terms. The price, message allowance and charging terms are shown before you confirm a purchase.

Bonnie is a fictional persona, not a human. Her biography, daily life, images and voice are part of that character. Responses are generated automatically and can be wrong. The service does not provide medical care, psychotherapy, legal or financial advice and does not replace a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

2. Plans and access

A message is one processed user request and Bonnie’s response. A plan determines how many messages are added to your balance. Current web app plans:

Free

up to 45 messages — RUB 0; includes sign-in and installation bonuses.

Subscription

300 messages every 30 days — RUB 699; automatic renewal; cancel in your account; 10% off extra messages during the paid period.

One-time top-up

100–1000 messages — RUB 434 for 100 messages; RUB 2,840 for 1000 messages; no expiry date and no automatic renewal.

Access is delivered electronically: messages are credited to your account after successful payment is confirmed. No physical delivery is required. Unused paid messages remain on your balance after you cancel automatic renewal. Free messages cannot be exchanged for money.

One-time purchases do not renew automatically. If a special offer is available to you, its allowance, price and subsequent payment terms are displayed before you accept it.

3. Payment and automatic renewal

Sign in to pay in the web app. Web payments are charged in Russian rubles through YooKassa. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s page; we do not receive or store full card details or security codes. An electronic receipt is sent to the email address provided for payment. Purchases in Telegram are priced in Telegram Stars and shown before payment is confirmed.

A subscription includes recurring charges to the saved payment method. By subscribing, you agree to the amount and frequency shown before confirmation. The standard subscription uses the price and period in the Plans section above. Each successful renewal adds a new message allowance.

Cancel automatic renewal and withdraw permission for future charges in Account or by emailing synchatica@proton.me. No new renewals are made after cancellation. Failed payments may be retried; automatic renewal stops if those attempts fail.

Changes to published prices do not alter purchases already paid for. An existing subscription is charged under the terms accepted at checkout. A new price is displayed before a new subscription is accepted.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel further services. Refunds take account of services already provided and costs actually incurred, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Leaving messages unused does not automatically initiate a refund. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including any right to cancel or obtain a refund under the law that applies to you.

If access was not provided after a successful payment, you were charged twice for the same purchase, or a charge was unauthorized, contact support so we can investigate and refund any amount improperly retained.

Email synchatica@proton.me with your account, payment date, amount and reason for the request. Do not send a full card number or security code. We review the request within 10 calendar days and return approved refunds to the original payment method. Bank and payment provider processing times may vary.

5. Use of the service and content rights

Keep your account access secure. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement of others’ rights, malicious code, bypassing safeguards or reselling access. We may restrict access for violations, subject to your mandatory payment and refund rights.

You retain your rights to your messages and materials and permit their processing as needed to provide the features you request. Upload only content you are entitled to use. AI outputs may not be unique; check facts and third-party rights before reusing them. Rights to the service software and design remain with their respective owners.

6. Changes, responsibility and disputes

Features may change, and maintenance or outages may temporarily affect availability. We are responsible for providing paid access under this agreement and applicable law. You should assess AI responses before acting on them. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

The current terms are published on this page. Send complaints to synchatica@proton.me. This agreement is governed by Russian law, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable law.
