How Bonnie and Synchatica use cookies and local storage. Updated 5 October 2026.
What we store
Session identifiers provide access to the chat and account. A short-lived cookie protects Google and Yandex sign-in against request substitution. A separate technical cookie limits sign-in and installation gifts to one bundle per browser. It survives sign-out and account deletion, lasts up to a year and is renewed when you use the chat. Browser storage also keeps language and interface preferences, dismissed prompts and a campaign tag if present in your first-visit link. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Your controls
You can delete or block this storage in your browser settings. Clearing it may require you to sign in again and may lose access to an unlinked account. Chat and sign-in require session storage. A cookie notice does not replace separate consent where the law requires it.
